We’re excited to offer a very special piece from the Breyer Archives! In 2015, Breyer unveiled its hotly-anticipated model of Olympic gold medalist Valegro. Before that model hit store shelves, however, approximately 20 initial protypes from the newly-completed tooling, all of which were hand-painted by Breyer artists in the Wayne, NJ facility in September 2015, were distributed to attendees at New York City’s Central Park Horse Show. This model is stamped with a gold Breyer logo on the belly, is fitted with a unique clear base, and includes his original blue velvet Breyer bag and certificate of authenticity.
The model in these photos is the model you will receive and is in excellent overall condition. Due to the hand painted nature of Breyer models, a few tiny imperfections may be present. Please study the item photos carefully to decide if this model would be the right fit for your collection. Best of luck, and happy BreyerFest!
