Everyone say hello to Pistol! My proudest piece yet. Pistol is a traditional Anklebiter sculpted by Rayvin Maddock painted to buttermilk palomino overo. Her coat was completed in an array of mixed media including airbrushed acrylic, pastels, pencils, and more. She's been thoroughly sealed with matte varnish for protection along with her eyes, nostrils, mouth, and hooves being glossed for added protection as well as aesthetic appeal and realism. Pistol pays tribute to the Wild West and her custom base - adorned with genuine desert soil, rocks, and dead grass - accurately represents the landscape from this historic time period. Pistol also features detailed crisp whites, pinking in all the right places, and sparkling blue eyes.
Pistol is priced at $1,700 and is available to purchase on Instagram, Facebook, Star Dapple, Model Horse Connection, and Model Horse Place. PIF is preferred but as always I do offer flexible time payments as well as multiple payment options.
