SHIPPING:

• All payments handled through Model Horse Place (MHP), any payments taken through MHP are accepted!

• Combined Shipping is available for all purchases within a 3 day period!

• Items are packaged carefully to insure the least amount of damage possible during shipping. Returns are not accepted for items damaged during shipping.

• All items have shipping insurance that is included through USPS basic shipping

• Item(s) over $100 will have additional insurance included and will require a signature on delivery! (This will be removed if requested BEFORE the item(s) has been shipped.)

• I do not ship internationally at this time

• Recycled shipping materials will be used as priority when packaging.

• Most items will be shipped on FRIDAYS due to current scheduling. Outside of that, shipping can occur between Monday-Friday. No shipping on weekends! If something prevents shipping on these days, or if your item is regulated to a Friday shipping day, the buyer will be contacted!*

• *Shipping times are subject to change depending on my personal schedule. If any delays or other events that prevent shipping on time occur, the buyer will be contacted and given options to refund or wait for the next available shipping date! Thank you for understanding!

CUSTOM MODELS:

• All custom models will be packaged as carefully as possible with the safety of the model in mind!

• I am human, therefore there may be minor flaws in any custom that I create. Flaws can include: smeared paint, lumps or bumps in paint, some original seam lines, dust particles in final finish ect.

• Some smaller or delicate models will come double boxed or in larger boxes to insure safety! Please review shipping rates before purchasing!

• All custom models will come with a Certificate of Authenticity to verify that SRS Studios is the original painter and/or creator of said custom model.

• Models are painted using airbrush acrylics, pastels, hand painted details and glossed eyes/hooves and sometimes nostrils. 

• Models with resculpted work have a variety of core materials used as armatures and then have a two part clay epoxy for the body and details. The original model name and number will be listed in the custom model’s description!

• Models are sealed in a variety of finishes ranging from matte, satin/semi-gloss, and gloss. Please review the listing and images for the finish on each custom model.

• Stablemate/Pebble size models come with a drawstring bag when shipped! Classic/Freedom and Traditional size models do NOT come with a bag at this time!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• All custom models created by SRS Studios will be allowed a FREE RETURN shipping label for any reason! If you are not satisfied with the product, request a return!

• Original Finish models are final sales! No returns allowed! I am not responsible for any damages occurring during shipping. I am not responsible for any flaws in Original Finish Models. Please review photos carefully before purchases. Please request additional photos if you so desire!

• I will not accept returns for items that have clearly shown damage or flaws in original listing photos. If you do not see it in the listing photos, that is on the buyer. You may request additional photos before purchase if you are unsure of an item’s condition!

• All items are shipped from a smoking free home! Pets include cats and dogs, however I try my best to keep them away from any listings but I am not infallible!
